Payment, Delivery and Shipping
Payment options:

The total order value and, if necessary, shipping costs, must be paid in advance so that the order can be confirmed and packed.
Delivery and shipping:
- Minimum order value for deliveries and parcel shipping only 20€
- Free delivery within Duisburg, every Wednesday between 1pm and 9pm
- Free delivery to the University of Düsseldorf, every Thursday between 1 and 3 pm
- Free delivery to the University of Essen, every Friday between 1pm and 3pm
- Free shipping via parcel service within Germany from 45€ order value
- Shipping costs for orders between 20 and 45€ are only 5€
After receipt of payment, the order will be packed and shipped by parcel service no later than the next working day.
